**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain regular communication to build trust and rapport.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay well-informed about your company's products or services as well as industry trends.
- Be prepared to answer client questions and demonstrate how your offerings meet their specific needs.
- **Sales Negotiation**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals while ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Handle objections and address any concerns potential clients may have.
- **Sales Targets and Quotas**:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.
- Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics and customer preferences.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and address customer needs.
- Provide insights from the field to improve products and services.
- **Travel and Territory Management**:

- Effectively manage your assigned territory, planning travel efficiently to maximize client interactions.
- Utilize technology and tools to optimize route planning and time management.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from customers on products, services, and overall satisfaction.
