**Position Overview**:
As a Mocktail Maker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of mocktails that are visually appealing, flavorful, and memorable. You will work closely with the bar team to develop new recipes, maintain inventory, and ensure that all mocktails are prepared to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Mocktail Preparation**:
- Create a wide range of mocktails using fresh ingredients, herbs, and syrups.
- Ensure that all mocktails are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Experiment with new flavors and ingredients to develop innovative mocktail recipes.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend mocktails based on their taste.
- Provide a personalized experience by customizing mocktails to meet individual preferences.
- Educate customers about the ingredients and flavors used in each mocktail.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the bar team to coordinate mocktail orders and ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate food and mocktail pairing options.
- Participate in menu development meetings to contribute ideas for new mocktail offerings.
**Quality Control**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mocktail preparation area.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Mocktail Maker or Bartender, with a strong knowledge of mocktail preparation techniques.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality mocktails.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
