Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to oversee after-sales service operations at Gathbandhan Matrimony. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that clients receive excellent post-purchase support and assistance, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients after their matchmaking services have been purchased. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally. Understand clients' needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions and advice as required.

2. Issue Resolution: Listen actively to client concerns and problems, providing empathetic and effective solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure clients' needs are met. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution processes.

3. Service Enhancement: Collect feedback from clients about their experience with Gathbandhan Matrimony's services. Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to processes, services, and products to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to relay client insights for continuous improvement.

4. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features that align with clients' needs and preferences. Present relevant offers to clients in a consultative and non-intrusive manner.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
