**Position: Visa Counselor cum Telecaller**

**Responsibilities**:*
1. Conduct inbound and outbound calls to provide comprehensive information about visa procedures and immigration services offered by WTS Immigration Experts.
2. Schedule consultation appointments for potential clients with our team of immigration experts, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules.
5. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to provide accurate information and solutions to their queries.
7. Stay informed about the latest developments in immigration policies and regulations to provide up-to-date information to clients during conversations.
8. Collaborate closely with our team of immigration consultants and legal experts to ensure seamless client service delivery and support.
9. Actively participate in converting inquiries into consultations and ultimately into clients by effectively communicating the benefits and value proposition of WTS Immigration Experts.
10. Collect feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services, and relay this information to management for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:*
1. Excellent communication skills in both English and any other relevant languages.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Empathy and patience when dealing with clients' inquiries and concerns.
5. Knowledge or willingness to learn about immigration procedures and regulations.
6. Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
