- 4years of experience as a Pantry Chef de Partie.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Pantry Chef de Partie or in a related position.

Education:

- Culinary degree or equivalent

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of culinary techniques

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute a diverse range of pantry dishes.
- Prepare high-quality ingredients and maintain impeccable standards of food presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to uphold the resort's culinary standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized pantry area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pantry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
