Job Description: Sales and Marketing Internship at Second Brain

Duration: 2 months (full-time)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship program. As an intern, you will play a critical role in expanding our market reach and building relationships with coaching institutes. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around marketing initiatives, including cold calling and engaging with potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential coaching institutes that align with our target customer profile.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote Second Brain's products and services to coaching institutes.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to introduce Second Brain's offerings and generate leads within the coaching institute market.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of Second Brain's products and services to potential customers and address any inquiries or objections.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within coaching institutes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to build a career in this field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and experience in conducting outreach activities is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for staying updated on the latest industry advancements.
