**Roles & Responsibilities include**:
- Provide Hands-on training on Acquisition of Echo Studies to the Doctors (Radiologist / Sonologist) on their premise.
- Post training, get the mock run and medical validation for the Echo studies acquired by the customer.
- Do the technical validation of the Echo machine and support the sales team on customer onboarding.
- Periodically review the quality of images and videos which are being sent by such customers for our reporting services
- Provide remote clinical support and training on Echo imaging to such customers whose acquisition quality is not adequate for remote reporting services.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
- Use market and product knowledge to assist product and medical R&D teams in developing new features and product innovations.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in 2D, M-Mode, PW & CW Doppler, Colour flow Imaging, Tissue Doppler imaging and Strain / Strain-Rate imaging.
- Should be able to provide hands on training confidently
- Basic proficiency in Computer skills, Network/DICOM Configuration
- Minimum of 2-5 years clinical experience with demonstrated skill in cardiac imaging.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need.

- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
