The Course Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of academic programs. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the course, ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and administrative staff. The Course Coordinator is responsible for managing logistics, implementing curriculum changes, and facilitating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Curriculum Management:

- Collaborate with faculty to design, update, and implement course curriculum.
- Ensure alignment of course content with program objectives and industry standards.
- Facilitate the development of new courses and programs.

2.Scheduling and Timetabling:

- Develop and maintain course schedules and timetables.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to optimize class schedules and room allocations.
- Manage adjustments to schedules as needed.

3.Student Support:

- Serve as a point of contact for students regarding course-related inquiries.
- Assist students in the course registration process.
- Address student concerns and provide guidance on academic matters.

4.Faculty Coordination:

- Collaborate with faculty to ensure they have the necessary resources for effective teaching.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings to discuss curriculum updates, assessment strategies, and other relevant topics.
- Asset in faculty recruitment and onboarding processes.

5.Assessment and Evaluation:

- Oversee the administration of exams and assessments.
- Work with faculty to ensure timely grading and feedback.
- Implement and monitor assessment policies and procedures.

6.Logistics and Resources:

- Coordinate the allocation of classrooms, laboratories, and other resources.
- Manage the procurement of course materials and textbooks.
- Ensure that technological resources needed for courses are available and functional.

7.Communication:

- Facilitate effective communication between faculty, students, and administrative staff.
- Disseminate important information related to courses, policies, and deadlines.
- Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders promptly.

8.Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of course delivery.
- Implement improvements based on feedback from students, faculty, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.

9.Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment, grades, and attendance.
- Generate reports on course performance and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with institutional research teams for data analysis.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
