**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- The Planning will have overall responsibility for all officers planning activities for vessels and planning pool assigned ensuring that each vessel is:
1) Manned/planned with qualified officers
2) Appropriately manned as agreed with CMP
3) Manning the pool of SF forward planning and recruitment requests

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- 1. Responsible for the vessels’ rotation planning of all officers ranks irrespective of the nationality to the customer (internal or external) in case of Full and Crew Management Business.
2. Contact with Sr. Officers to ensure that the rotation plan is as realistic as possible.
3. Overview and monitor the seafarer recruitment processes
4. Overview and monitor the behavioural and operational performance of seafarers and play an active part in the development of their careers by utilising the information in Appraisals, Seafarer Development Checklists and Personal Training Record Books. Recommend training needs for improvement requirements on the appraisals
5. Ensures effective coordination with CMP
6. Monitor vessel/pool manning levels.
7. Promotes the development of professional working relationships with crewing staff, the Fleet team and individual seafarers.
