**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily plant pre-checks and regular walk-around inspections
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance checks on equipment and systems to determine plant and equipment condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to identify worn and damaged parts
- Respond immediately to break downs by finding faults and completing repairs
- Increase and maintain efficiency and performance in the plant by conducting tests, adjusting controls and systems, maintaining plant and equipment records
- Focus on maintain bearings and conveying shafts, rollers and gearboxes
- Design and fabricate designs in partnership with Boilermakers.
- Comply with processes and maintenance procedures
- Able to work within deadlines and maintain high quality standards
- Contain costs by using warranty as well as evaluate service and parts options
- Demonstrate a pro-active attitude with an eye for detail, and willingness to work together to complete required tasks

Any other duty as reasonably directed

**Work requirments**:

- Heavy Mechanical Trade Certificate (Plant & Machinery) or similar qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in a heavy industrial environment
- Strong experience in precise bearing fitting and conveyer belts
- Experience diagnosing and rectifying mechanical problems
- Must have own tools and transport

**Education**: ITI or Diploma, Skill Trade Certificate
**Language**: need to speak and listen basic English is must. Writing and reading is advantage
**Documents**: Passport, Aadhar, related education Trade certificate, skill certificate, diploma is advantage
**Benefits** 60,000 AUD$ yearly salary ( 3.0-3.5L INR )

**Govt VISA fee** : 2700AUD (1.6L to pay to gov directly )
