- Identify root causes for the Non-Conformance and communicate to respective suppliers to initiate ICA / PCA.
- Ensure effective containment actions are initiated along with supplier for CIPL stock parts / material in transit.
- Ensure qualified parts are moved to line.
- Ensure suppliers are implementing ICA / PCA before shipment & communicate the same to internal stake holders.
- Ensure all BIQ issues are addressed & effective actions are implemented.
- Co-ordinate with respective SDE’s / PCE's for robust PCA and support in achieving PPM & DPU as per facility targets.
- Monitor supplier performance & initiate actions to improve with respect to Quality / Velocity.
- Initiate quality review meetings & review actions on periodic basis along with SDE’s.
- Take lead in CQMS certification & ensure all requirements are met.

**Basic Qualifications**
- BE with min. 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience or ME with 2 - 4 yrs relevant work experience / Diploma with 8-10 years relevant relevant experience.
- Green Belt certification / Black Belt certification.
- IMS / QMS internal / external auditor certification

**Additional Information**
- Willing to travel 25% of time

- Thiruvallur, India.
