Zen Business Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Shopify Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify platform to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and achieve business objectives. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility of working from home with a full-time workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customize and optimize Shopify themes and templates to align with brand guidelines and user experience standards.
- Develop and implement Shopify-based e-commerce solutions, including product listings, payment gateways, and checkout processes.
- Conduct regular website audits, performance assessments, and SEO optimizations to improve site visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to integrate Shopify solutions seamlessly.
- Monitor and analyze website metrics, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and Shopify platform updates to ensure continuous improvements and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Shopify projects.
- Proficiency in Shopify platform, including theme customization, app integration, and e-commerce functionalities.
- Solid understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
