**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end BFSI recruitment process including, JD preparation, CV sourcing, CV shortlisting, validation, interviews, and negotiation
- The role starts with understanding client requirements, scouting relevant profiles, connecting them with the clients, coordinating the interviews and assisting in offer negotiation and onboarding
- The person will be also be responsible for the management of existing client relationship and assisting in acquisition of new clients

**Job Requirements**:
*MBA (Finance & HR) with 1 - 3 years of working experience as an HR *Executive, HR Consultant, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Talent Acquisition cycle
- Should have experience of Wealth / Banking - Sales / Product hiring
- Experience in leading a team and client relationship is preferred
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
