Retail Salesperson

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and store policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with fitting room requests and provide product knowledge to help with purchase decisions.
- Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store’s products and inventory.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Ensure merchandise is neatly organized and displayed according to company standards.
- Restock shelves, racks, and displays as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the store management regarding stock needs.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the store’s cleanliness and appearance.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
- Accurately handle and record sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure proper handling of cash and secure the store’s financial assets.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with store team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive work environment.
- Assist with store opening and closing duties, including balancing the cash register and securing the store.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and procedures.
- Monitor the store for potential theft or suspicious activity.
- Follow company policies and procedures to minimize loss and ensure the security of store assets.
