De9to (VYK Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) is a dental aggregator platform committed to revolutionizing the dental industry. We facilitate the convenience of online appointment scheduling for patients and also organize Dental Camps in Collaboration with the Partnered Dentist to spread oral health awareness. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated Medical representative to join our team.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Medical representative to join our team at De9to. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the dental industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new dental clinics in the market for potential collaborations.
- Conduct daily visits to dental clinics to demonstrate the benefits of our services and persuade them to collaborate with us.
- Coordinating with the doctors for booking Dental Camps and with internal team and assist in organizing dental camps and events.
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for camps, considering factors like accessibility, demographics, and market potential on a daily basis.
- Organize the entire Camp event with the help of team and help doctors in branding their clinic offline.
- Submit regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
- Communicate with the team to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities
- Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
- Adheres to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.
- Manages business with De9to’s profitability in mind.

**Job Requirements**:

- Vehicle (2-Wheeler) of your own.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Innovative & Ideating nature.
- Logical approach & reasoning skills while analyzing competition & market trends.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity & persevere to resolve the situation at hand.
- Strong Analytical ability during Doctor/Client call.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
