## Job Summary:
The Social Media/Online Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the online marketing
efforts of the investment office. This role involves creating and managing content across

optimize performance. The executive works closely with the investment and sales teams to
align marketing activities with business objectives.
## Key Responsibilities:
### 1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the firm's online presence
and engage with the target audience.
- Manage and update the firm’s social media profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, and others relevant to the industry.
- Create and schedule posts, ensuring content is consistent with the brand’s voice and
goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor comments to foster a positive
online community.
### 2. Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to the firm’s audience, including blog posts,
articles, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the investment team to produce thought leadership pieces, market
updates, and educational content related to investments and financial planning.
- Ensure all content aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies.
### 3. Digital Advertising and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid search (PPC), social media
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, focusing on lead generation,
brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for specialized campaigns or initiatives.
### 4. Website Management:
- Oversee the firm’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for

- Recommend new strategies and tools to enhance the firm’s digital marketing efforts.
### 10. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all online marketing activities comply with industry regulations and internal

- Work closely with the compliance team to review content and campaigns before

- Monitor and manage online reputation risks.
## Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role,
preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools,
