We are urgently hiring a Customer Service Executive for an International Digital Marketing Agency.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner by working with other departments or team members as necessary.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate personnel or manager.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Requirements**:

- **MUST **have good English language skills (verbal as well as written)
- Graduate or post-graduate degree (**preferred**)
- 6 months - 1 year experience into Business, Client Servicing, Customer Management, Sales & Development (**preferred**)
- Immediate joinee

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong commitment to adhere to the process
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
