**_ In this role, you will be responsible to Support PR - PO Creation, Vendor Onboarding, support on AP resolution and GR receipt creation for Indirect Spend Categories for Manufacturing Client, Hiring, training and coaching of team members, Client Management, SLA/Metric review and preparation._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:

**_ PR process:_**

**_ _**
- **_Creation of PO in Oracle _**
- **_Support in New Vendor Setups / Modifications _**
- **_Resolution of Disputed Invoices for Price / Quantity / GR related Blocks_**

**_ _**
- **_Provide Customer Service support to Requestors / End Users on Procurement Processes, Order Status etc.,_**

**_ _**
- **_Support PO Automation efforts and improvement of Process Efficiencies_**

**_ _**

**_ Vendor Management:_**

**_ _**
- **_Need to coordinate with different stakeholders and ensure closure of e2e process_**

**_ _**
- **_The resource is expected to assess the suppliers on various risk parameters using the web searches - google, D&B, etc_**

**_ _**
- **_Provide assistance to Procurement / suppliers users in completing the questionnaires launched to them_**

**_ _**
- **_Review supplier responses for completeness and chase suppliers for missing information_**

**_ _**
- **_Follow up with suppliers / Procurement contacts to get their activities closed on time_**

**_ _**
- **_Expected to coordinate with suppliers, Audit companies and customer contacts in scheduling Audits and ensure the completion of the same as per agreed timelines_**

- **_Track and report out the metrics at an agreed frequency_**

**_ _**
- **_Coordinate with different teams within the customer organization to ensure the risk scores are integration with different systems (Vendor Master, Purchasing ERPs and Contract databases)_**

- **_Monitor the reports on adverse Media Search and PEP, report them back to customer_**

**_ _**
- **_Suggest the latest information on the risk assessment and guide the customer by providing the market insights_**

- **_Provide support to the customer in designing the risk assessment process_**

- **_Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements_**

**_ _**
- **_Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates_**

- **_Create Good receipt and share acknowledgement of PO delivery copy to the supplier._**

- **_Work with AP team to get working the invoices resolution._**

- **_Support and clarify regular doubts riased by junior team members_**

- **_Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint_**

- **_Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / Other Legacy ERP Applications_**

- **_Knowledge of Accounts Payables processes_**

- **_Flexibility and Team handling experience_**
