Role Description

Role : CISO

Reporting : CEO and Global CISO

Location: Bengaluru Direct Reports: 15member

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key leader and representative, internally interfacing with the technology, product and design team as the overall IT security expert for the firm, responsible and accountable for Governance, Compliance and adherence to security protocols and standards.
- Ensure operating reliability and stability for identity management programs and ensure protection from cyber-attacks, customer fraud, threat modeling, DDOS, malware and other threats.
- Run the organization effectively to meet the requirements within favorable budget parameters with financial discipline and stewardship across the enterprise.
- Be a hands-on technology leader, abreast of technology and security practices across various industries and geographies.
- Interpret regulatory policy/ changes and outline possible business impact(s) on the firm, as well as the appropriate response(s).
- Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the firm to provide the best technology and software resources to meet the organization’s goals.
- Be at the front in firm-wide IT security efficiency, innovation, and simplification. Lead these efforts in the context of an increasingly complex business environment characterized by growing cyber and security threats and more complex regulatory requirements.
