**We have urgent job openings for CEO/COO** **position in a reputed Chemical Manufacturing Company near Dahej, Gujarat.**
Qualification: B.E /B.Tech - Chemical and PGD / Dip. in Business Administration is desirable.
Experience: Min. 28 Years.
Location: Dahej, Gujarat
**Salary**: 45.00 - 50.00 Lacks P/A
Age Limit: Min. 49 - Max.55
**Job Description**:
1. A Minimum experience in diverse areas including Plant Operations & Maintenance, Project Implementation, Corporate Planning, Strategic Planning preferably from Chlor-Alkali / Allied Chemicals & Petro Chemical Industry.
2. Applicant should have demonstrated successful leadership with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior level / 'Plant Head' of a Manufacturing Unit.
3. Be over all in-charge of the Company responsible for production target and topline and bottom-line targets of the Company.
4. Should be capable in handling operations and engineering.
5. Should be capable to ensure maintenance of continuous process in the plant and adhere to the targeted production schedules in a cost-effective manner.
6. The person with the experience in Caustic Chlorine / Chemical as well as Power plant industry will be preferred.
