Responsible for RFQ process for Electrical items, Responsible for commercial negotiations and contracting with suppliers, Effective reporting of status of procurement activities of relevant categories for a project to enable identification of delays and potential root causes, provide support to the project in terms of any interventions required while administering supply contracts for relevant categories, Conduct regular procurement reviews in order to Meet Project schedule, Developing long-term partnerships with local & foreign suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms, and Consistently evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to predefined specifications and supply of quality material / execution of job works, Expediting with vendor for meeting delivery schedule

Capable to handle logistics ordering inland Movement, ODC Movement, Export Import documentation, Finalization of orders. Should have thorough knowledge of various aspects of logistics, deliverables, evaluation. Should have sound knowledge of Customs clearance, Liaising, Insurance, should be capable to independently handle logistics Finalization, Co-ordination with OEMs, Suppliers, Vendors, Expediting the logistics process, Planning logistics in totality, resolve commercial issues related to Logistics supplier.
