**Field Supervisor Job Description**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our field operations. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of field staff, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of field staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Coordinate field activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship throughout all phases of projects.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any deficiencies or discrepancies.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and compliance among field staff.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures to prevent recurrence.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for field-related inquiries and issues.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, including progress reports, incident reports, and budget updates.

**Requirements**:

- Experience :1 Year
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a field operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, or other relevant fieldwork.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
