Visaxpress - The Canadian Visaxperts is a Canadian Immigration Consulting firm with headquarters in Mississauga, Greater Toronto Area, Canada, we have recently expanded our operations in New Delhi, India and are looking for a motivated Canadian Study Visa Expert. Visaxpress is formed on 4 pillars - honesty, integrity, transparency & excellence, we don't view our clients as leads; rather, we see them as opportunities to serve and help them by providing great service that enables them to achieve their Canadian dream. We wish to hire and empower an applicant in this role that identifies with these core values

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide students in determining their interests and abilities using a wide range of methods.
- Guide and counsel students in shortlisting the correct program and institution in accordance with the eligibility of the student keeping in mind their career plans and future immigration goals in Canada.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Proactively follow up on client inquiries (walk-ins and telephonic). Connect with new leads generated through various marketing activities.
- Coordinate with team members in India and Canada.
- Proactively learn about new updates/changes regarding the programs offered by various colleges and universities.
- Represent the Visaxpress brand values at all times, and leave a positive impression on students, parents, and clients.
- Build excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Fantastic Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Efficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Canada Study Abroad: 1 year (required)

Work Location: One location
