We are looking for **Physician (Homeopathy Division) **with good clinical knowledge, good communication, and a patient-centric approach.

Should be able to diagnose patients through audio and video consultations

The nature of consultations may be prescription validation, feedback on diagnostic reports and consultation on call.

Assess the medical needs of patients over Tele-phone at primary care level by diagnosis.

Patient details along with medical history of the patient would be provided to the doctors.

Suggest the required diagnostic tests based on the diagnosis.

Detail the treatment options to the patients and prescribe over the counter drugs, if the condition can be addressed at the primary care level

There might be cases where there is a new patient, or the patient is encountering new symptoms there will not be any history available.

Suggest/ refer the patient to a specialist, if required based on the diagnosis/ condition

Be a family doctor online for the patients by analysing their health condition over a period of time.

Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures.

Should work closely with tele calling team to convert the Leads for fixing the Appointments.

Should do follow-up call for all the existing patients as per the timeline.

Should work closely with In-house Marketing team and Field Marketing team to conduct the campaigns as per the schedule.

Should be ready with MIS data on day-to-day basis, and also need to report Head OPS on daily basis.

**Requirement**:
Should be Completed BHMS at reputed institution.

Should be a register Homeopathy at State or Ayush Council.

Good Communication Skill.

Should speak multi-Language (Hindi / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil and English)
