**Position: Front Office Receptionist**

**Experience**:* **3* **years of experience in healthcare sector is mandatory*

**Language Skills**:* Proficiency in English and Kannada

**Computer Skills**:* Strong knowledge of MS Office, report generation, and basic accounting

**Responsibilities**:*

As a Front Office Receptionist at our State-of-the-Art Orthopaedic Centre, you will be an essential part of our patient-centered healthcare team. Your warm and professional demeanor, along with your excellent communication skills, will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly attitude and providing them with necessary information.
- Handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Managing patient check-ins and check-outs, including handling day-to-day cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Using your computer knowledge to generate reports, maintain records, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with the medical team to compile patient reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

**Qualifications**:*
- 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Pleasing personality with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Ability to handle cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in handling telephone calls, appointments, and patient interactions.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient reporting processes is a plus.
