We at Little Extra are looking for a talented writer to contribute informative fashion, beauty, wellness, and (editorial and branded) for our blog and social media handles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and understanding the latest beauty trends and consumer perspectives and providing insights and recommendations on what agrees with the consumer.
- Leveraging research data and information to design relevant communications to the targeted audience and ensuring consistency in the brand voice.
- Creating content that complements the creative concepts for the website, apps, campaigns, and social media.
- Owning end-to-end work right from story development, outlining, and scriptwriting to the creation of the final content.
- Understanding the key concepts of Social Media and SEO and designing content accordingly.
- Conceptualizing original ideas and managing the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly content plans.
- Working on branded content pitches and execution as and when required.
- Working closely with the team to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan aligned with business objectives.
- Contributing to content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or similar with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- You are a creative marketing professional and can develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences
- You conduct quality research to understand your consumer and design relevant content to engage audiences effectively
- You are well versed with social media platforms and developing SEO-optimized content that can be shared virally
- You understand the dramatic structure and have excellent storytelling skills
- You are a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines
- You have excellent writing skills in English to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets
- Experience in Content Analysis, Content Development & Management, Content Planning, Marketing Copywriting, and Script Writing would be a strong advantage

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
