**Exp : 3 to 7 years of experience**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

a. Ensure operators and drivers perform daily equipment checks and complete check sheets.
b. Monitor equipment service schedules to avoid overdue maintenance.
c. Communicate with the logistics manager regarding equipment issues.
d. Prepare and maintain daily time sheets for staff on site.
e. Log information on any visitors to the site.
f. Evaluate staff efficiency and manage staffing levels to avoid overstaffing.
g. Make informed decisions regarding work continuation during bad weather or natural disasters, confirming with the project manager.
h. Assess opportunities for simultaneous task execution.
i. Request additional staff or equipment through the project manager when necessary.
j. Manage all onsite and offsite activities, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
k. Ensure delivery notes and photos are collected and filed for all materials and equipment received or dispatched from the site.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**

1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (report writing).
2.Ability to analyze and interpret Technical Drawings and Bill of Quantities.
3.Ability to define or identify problem, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusion.
4.Must be able to meet deadline.
5.Proficient in the use of computer software - Microsoft Word and Excel.
6.Ability to set priority, respond quickly to issues that arise and supervise Contractors.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
