**Responsibilities**:
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct in-depth training on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and objection management for field sales teams.
- **Field Support**: Accompany sales reps in the field, providing immediate feedback and modeling effective sales techniques.
- **Coaching**: Offer one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with sales leadership to update training content aligned with business goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness.
- **New Hire Onboarding**: Facilitate the rapid onboarding of new field sales staff.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product changes and market trends to ensure training relevance.
- **Sales Strategy Alignment**: Ensure training supports overall sales strategies.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather team feedback to continuously refine training programs.
- **Workshops**: Conduct regular training workshops and team-building activities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all programs promote ethical selling and regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales training or sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in field sales and in developing and delivering training-programs.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to various sales territories as needed.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust training strategies accordingly.
**Working Conditions**:
- Field-based role requiring frequent travel to meet with sales teams in various locations.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when conducting workshops or training sessions.
