**ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India**:
ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

**What role you will play in our team**:

- Drive consistency and enhancements for copy testing, media effectiveness tracking (METT), brand equity reporting methodologies and guidelines across VCs
- Support VC Brand/MBU/RBU teams in strategy related research needs (segmentation, brand architecture, brand equity)

**What you will do**:

- Interface with Data & Systems and vendor technical teams
- Support VC Market Research and Data Analytics networks as needed
- Support Fuels & Lubricants Market Research & Data Analytics Manager as needed
- Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
- Consistency and enhancements in copy testing, METT, brand equity reporting across VCs
- Consumer, customer, market insight generation
- Brand Health
- Marketing program and offer performance measurement
- Marketing communications enhancements in effectiveness and efficiency
- Global Fuels & Lubricants Market Research & Data Analytics Manager
- Market research and data analytics vendor technical teams
- Global Fuels Market Research & Data Analytics Manager
- Global Lubricants Market Research & Data Analytics Manager
- Fuels and lubricants market research & data analytics networks
- Marketing communication network

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum B.Tech or B.E. with minimum 6 CGPA. MBA form a premier institute will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in responsible roles in market research and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Background in Economics, Statistics, Data science.
- Experience in a marketing research agency or an FMCG company in a similar job
- Marketing and strategy (focus on market research technical mastery)
- Analytical skills (business performance assessment, analytics, consumer insights, etc.)
- Effective communications
- Business acumen
- Project management and collaboration skills
- Influencing skills without direct authority

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Experiences**
- Assist in analyzing research data from primary and secondary sources to deliver on data insights and support business build on stories and narratives to focus
- Support commercial team on offer preparation, and delivery by leveraging data at hand
- Work closely with commercial and IT teams and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget
- Communicate with Sales and Marketing teams to positively impact project outcome
- SME on research and analytics, and support management on data related queries
