Vmc Programmer

Develop CNC programs for vertical machining centers using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
- Write and edit G-code and M-code programs directly if necessary.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.
- Ensure that the program aligns with the design specifications and tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures based on the material and design specifications.
- Set up tools in the machine and ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Set up the VMC machine for operation, including loading programs, aligning workpieces, and securing fixtures.
- Operate the machine during initial runs to verify accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
- Optimize CNC programs to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Implement changes to improve production rates and reduce tool wear.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet design specifications and tolerances.
- Adjust programs and setups based on inspection results to achieve desired outcomes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
