**Risk Analysis**:Continuously assess and manage financial risks.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement appropriate financial controls.

**Financial Analysis**:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

**Fund Management**:Manage the company's funds efficiently, including working capital, investments, and cash flow management.

**Manufacturing Challenges**:Understand specific financial challenges within the auto component manufacturing industry.
Provide solutions to optimize operations and profitability.

**Profit Center Management**:Oversee the financial performance of various divisions and business units.
Act as a strategic partner in achieving profit targets.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and accounting standards, laws, and regulations in India.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

**Key Competencies**:
**Financial Expertise**:Deep understanding of financial management, including accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

**Industry Knowledge**:Specific knowledge of the Steel processing industry, including supply chain dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

**Risk Management**:Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks (e.g., currency fluctuations, market volatility, operational risks) to protect the company's financial stability.

**Capital Management**:Skill in managing the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize returns and minimize costs.
