We are looking for an office boy to perform daily office tasks which includes:
- Opening and closing the office
- Refill water bottles for use by the staff
- Serve tea/coffee and meals to management staff and their guests
- Be aware of all the stationery and other requirements
- Monitor the supplies within the office
- He should keep the office tables, chairs, almirahs, windows, book-shelves, cubicles and cabin clean and tidy
- Before leaving the office, he should check if all the systems are switched off, lights and fans are switched off, doors and windows of the cabinet are closed.
- Do outdoor duty like visiting customers, bank, vendors, etc.
- Organizing and maintaining paper files
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
- Coordinating the repairs and maintenance of office equipment
- Assist other administrative staff in wide range of office duties
- Receive courier and other mails/parcel and distributing them among employees
- Helping the secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
- Assist in any office work as may be required of him

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
