JD Healthcare has a team of effective scrubbers who are well trained to assist surgeonsin Trauma, Spine, Neurovascular, Cardiac and Arthroscopy cases. JD Healthcare & JD Lifesciences Private Ltd. Job Overview: The Biomedical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling biomedical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in biomedical engineering or related fields and excellent sales skillsto identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build lasting customer relationships in the medical and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the biomedical sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and distributors. o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events or trade shows. o Present, demonstrate, and sell biomedical products and solutions to new and existing clients. o Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and educational sessions to customers about the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the products. 2. Customer Relationship Management: o Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and distributors. o Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. o Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction, providing after-salessupport, addressing technical inquiries, and resolving any product-related issues promptly.

3. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: o Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and potential threats. o Stay updated on the latest advancements in biomedical technology, product offerings, and industry regulations. o Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams regarding customer needs, product enhancements, and industry trends. 4. Sales Targets and Reporting: o Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotasset by the company, consistently driving revenue growth. o Prepare regularsales reports, forecasts, and updates for management, detailing progress towards goals, key activities, and customer interactions. o Track and manage sales opportunities through CRM software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

5. Product Knowledge and Training: o Maintain a deep understanding of the biomedical products and services offered by the company, including their technical specifications, advantages, and regulatory requirements. o Participate in training sessions, productseminars, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. 6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: o Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. o Assist in coordinating technical support, installation, and product training for customers, when necessary. o Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials,sales presentations, and product brochures.

7. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethicalsales practices, and company policies. o Complete all necessary paperwork, including contracts, order forms, and proposals, in a timely and accurate manner. o Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities, product specifications, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹9,442.23 - ₹35,432.94 per month
