**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architectural design and development of AEM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and integration with other systems.
- Provide expertise in AEM best practices, guiding the development team to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the AEM platform.
- Design and implement custom AEM components, Forms, workflows, and templates based on project requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting skill development within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AEM and digital experience technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AEM Architect with a strong portfolio of successful AEM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Forms, AEM Sites, & AEM Assets.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with AEM integration with third-party systems and RESTful services.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
