The Renewals Manager will collaborate within Revenue and Success, Marketing and Legal to maximize the

renewal success while looking for additional opportunities for upselling additional revenue.

You have to have extreme ownership of your business

The Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Have to manage a Team, Partners and distributors for General and Life insurance Product in agency

vertical.

2. To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half

Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency,

and business Quality.

3. To devise strategies for deeper market penetration and improved market share by using our strength over

Competition.

4. To implement sales strategy and ensure productivity of the field force through strong monitoring

mechanisms

consultative selling.

6. Ability to manage all the parameters of the business.

7. Understand the Agents/Renewal RM’s business in depth and seek opportunities for business development

and revenue generation.

8. Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the Relationship they are managing to

ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals.

10. Demonstrable experience in a role involving 'critical thinking': i.e. ability to analyze issues, make decisions

and problem solve self-sufficiently. Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required.

11. Preparing monthly sales target and strategies

12. To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO.

13. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of

regulations as laid down by IRDA.

14. Develop reports and analysis.

15. Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

16. Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with

them for securing repeat business, ensuring quality delivery of services to the clients.

17. Providing renewal notices to renewal RM’s prior one month/15 days

18. Fetching auto renewed data from parent company’s id.

19. Distributing auto renewed data to Renewal RM.

20. Making sure renewal notices are distributed to agents properly by renewal RM

21. Setting renewal RM’s KRA on quarterly basis

22. Conducting concall’s between RH/BH on monthly basis to ensure there no gaps in terms of

communication.

23. Mailing renewal excel of next month on 1 st of every month to renewal RM keeping RH/BH in cc

24. Making sure renewal reports are provided daily by renewal RM on mail

25. Providing renewal reports daily on team renewal group.

26. Coordinating with accounts team if payouts are given timely for renewal cases

27. Making excel sheet of leaves taken by renewal RM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
