Process Coordinator

**Job description-**
The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the process work flow in an organisation. They oversee process work flow through a dashboard, monitor the progress of tasks, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.Their main role is to look for the delays in multiple steps of a process workflow, follow up with the desired person and get the work done. In case, completing the work requires the attention of any senior, the Process coordinator needs to raise the help ticket and get the work completed with the help of senior persons/management.
**KRA:
- **
Monitor and manage the daily activities of different FMS (Flow chart Management System)/ Process Workflows to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
- Getting work done in the required timeline through follow ups from the doer or seniors.
- Identify critical steps in different FMS, and understanding the importance to get the work finished
- Raising Help Ticket
- Bringing to Management attention with MIS sheets & Help Tickets
- Identify bottlenecks in different FMS, and keep close eyes on those steps to ensure smooth functioning of the complete workflow
**SKILLS**:

**Minimum 2-3 years experience required**
