Job Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle routine for the Management, including CONFIDENTIAL matters.
- Provide a full range of confidential assistant duties and administration.
- Maintain management’s calendar, scheduling and drafting messages.
- Provide high level administrative support to executives and managers.
- Undertake any other special assignment, functions and related duties.
- Handle Hotel Bookings, Accommodations and Travel Arrangements.
- Organize meetings and ensuring the Management is well prepared.
- Excellent paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Prepare basic MIS reports for and on behalf of the Management.
- Supervise Security, Housekeeping & Facility Management.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff as required.
- Prepare confidential and official correspondences.
- Welcoming and beholding subsequent visitors.
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meetings) for the board.
