Injection Moulding Machine Operator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations

2. Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency

3. Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken

4. Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers, and technicians

5. Provide training to the production team, evaluate and maintain the training records

6. Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are compiled at all times

7. Maintain good housekeeping within the workplace

8. Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement

**Requirements**:
1. Field of study: Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering

2. Minimum 3 to 4 years of plastic injection Moulding/assembly experience in a operator role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

3. Possess working experience in plastic injection mould or assembly industry

Deliver as per schedule
Manage basic machine maintenance
send report about daily task
Inform about delays in work
