**Job Overview**:
As a Hardware Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for performing tests on hardware components, systems, and devices to ensure they meet the desired performance and quality standards. You will collaborate with the design and development teams to identify issues and contribute to improving the product's quality. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in hardware testing and gain hands-on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Test Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for hardware products.

Perform functional, performance, reliability, and stress tests on hardware systems.

Test the integration of hardware components and peripherals.

Fault Isolation & Troubleshooting:
Identify, isolate, and diagnose hardware issues and failures.

Work closely with the engineering team to resolve issues and suggest improvements.

Test Environment Setup:
Set up and maintain test benches, lab equipment, and necessary software tools.

Ensure the proper configuration of hardware and test environments to simulate real-world conditions.

Documentation & Reporting:
Document test results, including pass/fail status, observations, and bug reports.

Provide detailed reports on testing progress, issues, and results to the engineering team and management.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with product design, development, and QA teams to ensure testing is in line with the project requirements.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss test progress, issues, and strategies.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and testing tools.

Attend training sessions or workshops to improve knowledge in hardware testing and related fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of hardware components (e.g., CPUs, memory, motherboards, sensors, etc.).

Knowledge of common testing tools and methodologies (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers).

Basic understanding of electrical circuits and debugging hardware.

Software Skills:
Familiarity with test automation tools (optional for freshers).

Understanding of programming/scripting languages like Python, C, or C++ (helpful but not mandatory for freshers).

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to identify problems and propose solutions under guidance.

Soft Skills:
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
