Minimum 2years of experience

**Role & Responsibilities for Compositor**
Attend comp dailies and presenting their work to a Supervisor.
Working with their leads to establish clean and readable sequence templates and key looks.
Deliver technical and creative renders/ final shots according to agreed schedule and specifications.
Modify and create Gizmos and plugins for use in templates.
Integrate CG and live action elements seamlessly with background plates.
Provide IM/IN/IR plates to the CG departments when necessary.
Responsible for their own compositing duties and assist the leads in maintaining consistent quality control.
Mentor and help in Training of Assistant artists.
Help in Briefing and QC of work from Assistant artists.
Second in line for leads and to assist in Calls/reviews when needed.

**Role & Responsibilities for Paint**

Frame by frame painting (sequence painting) for shots having source frames available to paint from.
Remove markers using various comp and painting techniques. Like 2d transform, channel shuffle, pxf filler.
Cleaning up of seams on the blue/green screen for compositing team helping them to pull keys.
Color correction/grading to match the prepped area to the plate.
Wire and rig removal for static/minimum camera movement of the character/Background.
Face marker removal, wrinkle removal/make up prosthetic fixes.
Creating clean plates, with help of reference plate provided and using 2d tracking.
Recreation work, which can be done by 2d/planar tracking.
Dust Bust.
Script organization, grain management.
Rendering, making dailies and naming conventions.
Should understand and evaluate prep needs and quality-check their work.

**Role & Responsibilities for Roto**

Mid Level
- Familiarity with both software in Rotoscopy (Silhouette & Nuke)
- Creative skills include, ability to think creatively to finish the task, task planning... etc
- Technical skills include software skills, tools, scripts, optimized working..etc
- Good knowledge in all roto techniques, manual, motion - blur, Limited knowledge in defocus, hair and fur details
- Good in 2d tracking, camera track would be an added advantage.
- Attitude includes responses to feedbacks from leads, proactiveness, team player... etc
- Communication includes oral and written communication, to the lead, production, understanding notes... etc
- Experience of having worked on VFX Roto for International Projects
- Ability to rise up with training given at the studio to do complex and challenging projects on an ongoing basis

Senior Level
- Familiarity with both software in Rotoscopy (Silhouette & Nuke)
- Creative skills include, ability to think creatively to finish the task, task planning, innovative approach
- Technical skills include software skills, tools, scripts, optimized working
- Good in all roto techniques, manual, motion - blur, defocus, hair and fur details...etc
- 2d and 3d Tracking knowledge
- Edge - paint, VR, native stereo, keying
- Knowledge of prep would be an added advantage
- Attitude includes responses to feedbacks from leads, proactiveness, team player, helping others
- Communication includes oral and written communication, to the lead, production, understanding notes
- Experience of having worked on VFX Roto for International Projects
- Ability to rise up with training given at the studio to do complex and challenging projects on an ongoing basis
- Good observation skills with a keen eye for top notch Quality checks

Working Days : Monday - Friday (General Shift)

Work Location - Bund Garden,Pune
