**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented mid-level Tender Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the IT industry. You will play a key role in identifying and securing tender opportunities for our company through various channels, including the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). You will leverage your expertise in IT solutions, tendering processes, and GeM platform operation to prepare competitive bids, manage submissions, and negotiate contracts to ensure successful project acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Acquisition**:

- Proactively research and identify relevant IT tenders on GeM and other platforms.
- Analyze tender specifications and assess company capabilities to fulfill requirements.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
- Prepare bid documents highlighting technical expertise and competitive solutions.
- Submit bids electronically on GeM and other platforms within deadlines.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Participate in vendor selection and negotiation processes.
- Finalize contracts with winning vendors ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage contract execution and ensure compliance with terms and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender and contract-related documentation.
- **GeM Operations**:

- Possess deep understanding of GeM functionalities and procedures.
- Register and maintain company profile on GeM platform.
- Navigate GeM search tools and identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit bids electronically on GeM in compliance with guidelines.
- Liaise with GeM officials and address any platform-related issues.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on government tendering regulations and IT industry trends.
- Prepare technical proposals and presentations for tender presentations.
- Support with procurement process optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Travel to client locations or vendor meetings as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in GEM
- Proven track record of bid preparation and tender submission.
- Strong understanding of Indian government tendering procedures and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in negotiating IT contracts with vendors.
- Knowledge of specific IT solutions relevant to your industry.
- Experience in attending client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed.

**Additional Information**:
