Job Description: Production Support Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely manner, following established incident management processes.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by end users, identify root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business teams, to address production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis of production systems, identifying potential issues before they become critical problems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production incidents, including their causes, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Participate in release management activities, including reviewing release plans, coordinating deployments, and conducting post-release validation.
- Assist in the implementation of automation and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and enhance production system stability.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest appropriate solutions to optimize production support activities.
