**Detail Job Description**
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate person or department.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answer queries about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcome visitors; determine nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
**Work Experience** - 0TO 2 Years, Fresher's are also welcome.
**Education** - Any Graduates
**Criteria/Skills**
- Fluent In English, Hindi, Marathi
- Female Only
