Our work has benefited over 8 million elderly and our programmes cater to more than 1.5 million older people every year. For 44 years HelpAge has been serving disadvantaged elders through interventions like health care, livelihood support, agecare, disaster mitigation, social security and rights/entitlements. The funding for these programmes is largely raised from individual, institutional and corporate donors. We also advocate elder friendly policies and legislations in India. We are looking for dedicated and committed professional in the field of digital communication to work with us as **Co-ordinator - Fundraising & Donor Communication Support**. The person will be based at HelpAge India’s Head Office at New Delhi.

The main job responsibilities will be:
**Corporate/Institutional/Individual Donor Coordination**:

- To liaise on a daily basis on our initiatives and related work between relevant teams
- Liaise with internal stakeholders/departments, to assist in the development of appropriate project proposals and presentations, for potential corporate and institutional donors
- Manage donor servicing and reporting as required, in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct corporate and institutional donor research to gauge synergies for partnership opportunities

**Digital Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate and Co-ordinate with Digital and Website agencies for smooth workflow execution.
- Execute a results-driven digital marketing strategy while reviewing market competition.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders/departments to create digital/social media inputs.
- Review analytics and create reports on key digital metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of digital marketing, social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Assist in the collating data from the field and creating and editing of written, video, and photo content such that it can be tailored for marketing and communication geared to a global audience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing/fundraising, and other relevant practices and tools
- Knowledge of proposal development and corporate/institutional donor servicing
- Hands-on knowledge of using photo editing/video editing software and MS Office to create and curate content
- Strong in strategic thinking, with exceptional communications skills (written and verbal) and creativity
- Good interpersonal skills and attitude; work effectively in cross-functional teams, across different time zones
- Should be sensitive to the cause of the organisation
- Demonstrate an ability to take initiative
