Biotechnologist - Lab Techinician

As a Stem Cell Process Lab Technician, you will play a vital role in the isolation of stem cells, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cell isolation procedures from bone marrow blood.
- Perform cell counting, viability assays, and other quality control measures.
- Prepare and sterilize laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all procedures and data.
- Ensure the proper disposal of biohazardous materials.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Participate in laboratory cleaning and decontamination activities.
- Follow established quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Document and report any deviations or issues with protocols and procedures.
- Work effectively with other lab members and scientists.
- Communicate results and updates clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell and Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cell culture or stem cell research laboratory.
- Strong understanding of cell culture techniques, aseptic procedures, and basic molecular biology principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to work.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory software and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, FlowJo).
