SAP Coordinator

**Job Title: SAP Coordinator Department: Technical**

**Reports to: GM in Production Effective Date: Immediate**

**Job Summary**:

- An SAP specialist is a technical consultant that is an expert on various aspects of the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) software suite. They are considered experts on one or more components of SAP such as business function, sales, and development._

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- The SAP coordinator is responsible for ensuring materials are available to pick such that production targets and stock control requirements are met.
- Raw material handling and transportation must meet the requirements of site safety procedures, and consideration be given to COSHH assessments.
- Safety symbol labelling, manual handling, defining the use of PPE etc. Manages the in-coming Pick Lists from Planning and generates requirements (via Transfer Orders) on SAP as “packages of work” for the L6 Operators.
- Expedites any shortages that arise with the appropriate department e.g. planning for late deliveries or materials in QI. Assigns the generated requirements (“packages of work”) to pre-allocated L6 Operators via the DMS.
- Tracks the progress of “packages of work “ from start to finish (including status of shortages). Re-runs picking as necessary. Publishes status of current and imminent picks on daily reports to the assets via the Pick list tracker.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Drive integrations between SAP and Manufacturing Systems and to ensure SAP ERP is adequate to support business conditions & business needs.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Full remit of SAP Warehouse Management transactions. For example Process Order Picking - Transfer Requirements / Transfer Orders, Creation and Management of WM Transfer Orders, Bin Enquiries/ Storage Bin Management, Goods Movement / Stock Transfer, Inventory Management, setting up of cycle counting and reconciliation of adjustments to and from inventory.
- Use of the ZI doc monitor dashboard to interrogate errors and anomalies between DMS and SAP (idocs) - Developing expertise in the Supply Chain function use of SAP. In this context the job holder is expected to support SAP upgrades and associated site projects.

**Education and Experience**:

- Graduation from any related Technical stream shall be preferable_
- At least 2 years related experience required._

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
