Homeroom Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a **Home Room Teacher** (Mother Teacher) for Pre-Primary and Primary Grades.
- Teach and reinforce social skills, fostering a collaborative and respectful classroom environment.
- Observe and evaluate student performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress across various learning strands.
- Create and supervise lesson plans that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active learning.
- Demonstrate student learning progression effectively through reports and parent interactions.
- For Middle School roles, supervise and mentor fellow teachers, ensuring high teaching standards.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and technology for teaching and administrative tasks.
- A deep love for children and a passion for teaching and shaping young minds.
- Leadership and organizational skills (for Middle School roles).

**Qualifications**:

- **Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers**: B.Ed, NTT, or Montessori Teacher Training certification.
- **Middle School Teachers**: B.Ed or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certifications or training in teaching methodologies are a plus.

**Experience Required**:

- Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers: 3-5 years of teaching experience.

**Compensation**:

- Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers: ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum.
