Job Title: Hospital Quality Executive

Location: Royal Healthcare, Chattannoor, Kollam, Kerala

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records for all medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and non-medical items.
- Receiving & Storage: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify the quality and quantity of items, and store them in designated areas.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and order supplies to prevent shortages and ensure continuous availability of essential items.
- Distribution: Distribute medical and non-medical supplies to various hospital departments as needed, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling.
- Record Keeping: Update inventory systems and prepare reports on stock levels, usage, and any discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all stored items are in compliance with health and safety standards, and manage expiration dates for perishable items.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the purchasing team, department heads, and other hospital staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certifications in logistics, healthcare administration, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting) is an advantage.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of hospital supply needs and equipment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items and perform tasks that require physical activity, such as stocking shelves and preparing shipments.
