We are super stockist of spare parts, accessories & others of TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Honda, Hero etc. working on pan India and our head office is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, working in industry since more than 40 years.

Department:

- Spare Parts Distribution
- Must be **permanent resident of Kanpur, U.P.**.
- Must have min 1-3 years of work experience in Dispatch.
- Must have own two wheeler and valid driving license.
- Must have Bachelor's degree in any stream, MBA in Marketing will prefer.

Job role and responsibilities:

- **Dispatching**: Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to the right locations.
- **Communication**: Relaying information to and from work crews, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency personnel.
- **Customer service**: Speaking with customers or supervisors to resolve problems or requests.
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining call logs, work requests, customer requests, and other information.
- **Route planning**: Developing delivery or driving routes using mapping software.
- **Inventory management**: Checking stock to determine inventory levels.
- **Order management**: Placing or expediting orders.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with other sales executives to ensure company quotas are met.

**Salary**:

- Rs. 12,000-15,000/-pm (negotiable) + TA + DA + PF / ESIC + Health and Life Insurance
