To work with contractors and masons, users and dealers on wood waterproofing range.
Influencers - identification, training, ownership of loyalty program, sampling of material, new product information diffusion, competition scanning/boundary spanning.
Dealers - Demand generation activities, product displays and availability at counter level, Order collection and servicing, identification of new and competition counters.
Large users - identification, requirements gathering, sampling.
